Patterns of Fall
This was a big challenge for me putting pattern on pattern on pattern. But, I think it turned out alright. I used the Cricut Craftroom basics font. Stretch your Imagination for the leaf, acorn and squirrel. Cricut papers and DWCV. Tags, Bags, Boxes and more for the oversized tag card.
This was really fun.

I wanted to create today. I don't know for sure what inspired me to the shamrock but I pulled all these green papers out and decided I had to do something with them. This is what came out. I used the Cricut St Patricks Day cuts, Cricut, Tags, Bags, Boxes and More, Close to My Heart Pearl Gem flourishes, buttons, ribbons, twine, Color Box chalk, Cricut papers and Close to My Heart Tag.

What I've Been Doing
Hi Friends,
I've been busy.... I have two weddings within 3 weeks of each other and I've been swamped unpacking and doing weddings. Here are some pictures from the work I've done on the first one. I did all the flowers, the boxes for the candy bar (Tags, Bags, Boxes & More) and the wedding coordination and direction.

You can see the black boxes we used here on the brides table.
One down, one to go. Then I'm back to my cricut full-time. That will be an enjoyable rest.

TOM TURKEY THANK YOU
This is a fun little party favor I made for thanksgivng.
Put each of the pieces together the way that you want them to look. The beak is two triangles attache to a square and bent to make a matching beak which holds the thank you charm.
He is made from Create a critter and George cricut cartriges. The treat box inside is made from Tags Bags Boxes and More. His little beak holds a "thank you" charm an the back is left open for you to write on or assign a name, etc.
The box is fille with little maple leaf chocolates and holds about 5 or 6 just fine, still allowing the box to close.
Receipe
Create a Critter body shapes for the Turkey cut at 5 inches
inked with cat eye chalks and doodled on with white signo and black gell pens

Imagine these set around the table for every place with someone's name on them, filling them with candy or cookies of your choice and having the little favor for people to take a way from your inner. Such a thoughtful little memory and gift.

WIN SOME DIGI'S
Over at Practical Scrappers they want you to tell them if you use digi-stamps. You can win some from the Stamping Boutique (A GREAT PLACE FOR DIGI'S) just for telling them how you use them. This was my entry for Digi's the "Twirling Fairy" from stamping boutique.
It's a Pedastal Card that can be used for more than the standard Christmas card. The sentiment is Create Joy and Merriment and you can put it up anytime a little joy needs to be created.
It's just so fun to color! Go to Practical Scrappers here and tell about your digi stamps

Stamps - Practical Scrappers
The challenge at Practical Scrappers this week is Stamps. Use your stamps. I had some new stamps I got from Clear Dollar Stamps and I wanted to use them so I was happy for this challenge.
This card-box was inspired by a Stampin' Up Demonstrator from San Diego, CA. It is strips of scrap white paper, inked with Cat Eye Inks, Circle punches in incremental sizes, white pen and of course the stamps. The box is the matchbox cut from Tags Bags Boxes and More cricut cartridge.
Back of box:
This was a really fun project to do and just makes me smile every time I look at it and sneak a candy from inside.

Entered in Challenges:
PaperCutz Challenge - #47
I never thought of myself as much of a politico, but since living in Italy, I have realized how GREAT America is..... !! No matter what side we choose, it's our right and privilege to pay attention and hold our own government accountable. Some countries don't have that luxury. I appreciate it now more than ever.
A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO OUR MILITARY MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO MAKE DAILY SACRIFICES FOR THAT FREEDOM!!! Entered in Challenges:

Bags, Boxes Bonanza and Black - Fantabulous Cricut
For the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge this week we were to make a bag or a box and use the color black on it. I used this retired pillar box pattern from Stampin' Up (here)
I cut the panels using George with the trapezoid shape The flowers from Walk in My Garden at 2.5 inches and 1.5 inches cut twice each in cardstock and then twice each in vellum. The butterfly is a punch I got at the $1 store. The tag is Tags, Bags, Boxes and More.
On the opposite side, I used the bee from Walk In My Garden cut at 1.5 inches and layered. I reversed the color of the trapezoid panels on this side. I put chocolates in my box and tied with a ribbon and added the tag which I stamped with a stamp I got as a gift.
Hope you enjoy. I'd love to see what you do.

Something for the Mom
Challenge 7 from the Fantabulous Cricut is something for that special mom. Well my daughter in Love will be celebrating her first mother's day this year and I wanted to make something to put her gift in. There's Godiva chocolate and a milefiori glass necklace from Murano.
I made this little chest of drawers from Tags Bags, Boxes and More. The matchbox 1 cut 4 times at 5 inches (inside drawer and outside wrapper). Scored at the tic lines. I used Terrifically Tacky Tape to hold it together. I stuck one on top of each other and put together with Tacky Glue and set aside to dry with a rubber band around them. While that was drying I cut the matchbox 1 again, twice on the blackout feature. I cut off just the ends and used them to cover the drawer sections of the matchbox.

I measured around the boxes all stuck together. I first covered the back part of the dresser,
then, measured and cut around the boxes and made sure the seam was on the bottom.
Lastly, I punched small brads in each drawer face for pulls, inked around the edges and
decorated the top.
If you don't have Tags, Bags, Boxes and More, you could do the same thing with 4 matchboxes. Just dump out the matches.

Tagged
So even though all the stuff is old, I needed to put them on something new to me (my stipulation). I looked for a new fold and found a card someone had done for a baby that was three tags joined together. I used that model for my own design of pocketed tags.
My DH leaves comments on my cards at night while I am sleeping. He is currently in Kuwait.
He hated the purple ribbons at the top and said it was like trying to look through a forest. When I got up this morning, I decided he was right and replaced the ribbons with buttons and I like it SO much better. Hurray for dear husbands!
