Welcome to the THANKFUL Cricut Card Fairy Flight. This month we are practicing being thankful for all the blessings in our lives. What are you thankful for?
I am thankful for the parents of my daughters-in-love. Without the upbringing
that they each had, with their unique experiences, they would not be the
perfect wives, that they are for my sons,!
I've done over 300 missions with the Cricut Card Fairies and we are currently near 700 missions. That's 300 volunteer missions created and sent. 600 prayers offered. Many, many fairy friends and the chance to be part of something bigger than myself.
I am giving away a Christmas Seasonal Cartridge, if you are my winner you will have a choice of - Trim The Tree, Gingerbread Men or Winter Lace. Since I am in Italy, I will have it sent directly to you from Custom Crops so hopefully your choice is in stock! :0)

My card inspiration is a simple Hot Chocolate pouch for which there are tutorials of all kinds on Youtube or SplitCoastStampers. Mine is just one style of the many many out there. This also completes my 2010 New Year's Resolution to try 12 different kind of folds for cards.
Joys of the Season and George and Basic Shapes Cartridges
My question for the hop is: What part of the Thanksgiving meal is your favorite?
Mine would be the plate! Ha! Gotta try a bite of everything and can't without a decent plate to put it on!
Just answer the question as a comment in this post, that's all you have to do. I'd love it if you became a follower, but it is not required.
If you'd like to join the fairies on our missions, please email our card commander or visit us on the Cricut Message boards here. To win the Hello Kitty Cartridge Grand Prize, you must comment at every blog along the way. Winners will be announced on Monday, Nov 22nd.

Penny congrats on reaching your New Years goal! WOOHOOO! I love this of course since I love everything you make. Love the new look of the bloggie too! Thank for being a fairy sweetie!
OH I have to say that pumpkin pie is my favorite!
Congratulations! That is quite the accomplishment :D. Gorgeous card. It's difficult to pick *a* favorite, but I think it's pumpkin pie. My dad was always in charge of making the pies except the time I made thanksgiving for my cooking badge (in 5th grade). I'm not really a lover of cooking btw.
Cute idea - and congrats on actually meeting your goal. I make them but never meet them. Favorite part of thanksgiving meal - my fresh cranberry salad! scrpbooklady at gmail dot com
I love the way you made your card look like cocoa---all warm and yummy! Congrats on reaching that goal! Doesn't it feel good?! thanks so much for sharing-- and a warm, cocoa-y hug for you! ksjennings (at) gmail (dot) com
Cute slider card, TFS. My fav part would have to be sweet potato crunch...yumms =)
Very cute I will have to try this for the kids teachers.
Your card is amazing! My favorite part of the Thanksgiving meal is sneaking so many little bits while slavinng in the kitchen that I can only eat 2 plates of dinner HEHE!
Beautiful gift card, TFS. My favorite part of the Thanksgiving dinner was my mom's cornbread dressing. I've tried to make it like she did, but it just doesn't taste the same. I do miss her so, but am thankful for the time she was here.

your little cup of tea looks lovely. I really enjoyed this project. Thanks for hopping along with us.
I love your cocoa holder. My favorite part of the Thanksgiving meal is sweet potato pie with marshmallows!
What a wonderful way to share your creativity! Love your card! My favorite part of the Thanksgiving meal would have to be dessert! That's if I'm not too full to eat it!
Gosh I can't pick just one! I guess it would have to be the dressing. Your card is great. TFS
Love your project, the first one is my favorite with the warm shades of browns. My favorite part of thansgiving is after supper is finished and just sitting around the table remember Thansgiving gone by with the loved ones we have lost. Hope that makes sense.

There's something about cups of hot drinks, and the "steam" rising that I love. Hmmm.... I don't like cranberries, but if I have to pick a favorite it would be mashed potatoes. My big splurge is a heaping of mashed potatoes!
First off, you rcard is great ! I love the cup and the 'steam'!
Secondly, congrats on reaching your goal...
and lastly.... mashed potatos and squash are in a dead tie !!
Thanks for a chance at a great givaway!

Hi Penny~
I LOVE your card! Just makes me want to go down and make some more coffee!!!!
Favorite part of the meal.... Well I make a killer Turkey, but I must say, it's always going to be the Banana Pudding, Thanksgiving is not Thanksgiving without it...well then add everything else, and it calls for some great yummy food!LOL
I am already a follower of your blog.

My favorite part of meal is Turkey, dressing & real cooked cranberries, not canned LLL
My hubby is from Iowa, not Italian, loves spaghetti & pizza, so I learned how to make sauce from scratch, with all the spices, that cooks all day! Don't know why I told you that
lol! Guess because in Italy!

My favorite part of the meal is... the mashed potatoes... with real butter... not a big fan of gravy! But dessert time is pretty good too! I love just sitting around and talking with family more than the food! Thank you for sharing your beautiful project with us and for having such a fun blog to follow!
Such a glamorous card. I love it! I've been creating these types of cards lately. I guess I'm going to have to scraplift. The best part of Thanksgiving is the cooking and watching people eat part for me. I like to cook and watch those I love enjoy the food. I pray they can taste the love that I've put into each bite. TFS!

This is such a cute idea! I have been wondering what to do for some people that I want to send small gifts to but can't really afford to do much. I'm gonna scraplift this idea if that's ok. :)
My favorite part of thanksgiving dinner is the mashed potatoes and the green bean casserole.

So cute Penny, I love the chocolate toned colors you used! And congrats on keeping your resolution and trying 12 new card folds! Way to go! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving in Italy! Hugs, J:)
You gals are so awesome to send out cards to lift people's spirits up :) Love the idea of sending a card w/ hot cocoa in it! Who wouldn't love to get it? I might have to send one to my sis who just moved to Tennessee (from Southern California). I bet it's going to be pretty cold there during winter!
Shoot, I forgot to say what my favorite food was. I love my grandma in laws mashed potatoes. She uses white rose potatoes, evaporated milk, salt, and TONS of butter. It doesn't need any gravy on it, and we eat it straight for DAYS :))))
What a great idea for hot cocoa! I love the stuffing the best.
jpshirley@ymail.com
Congrats on reaching your goal!!! My favourite part is the stuffing with gravy (alongside the turkey, of course)!! Love your project. Thanks for the inspiration.
Hahahahahaha.... THE PLATE! You're so funny, Penny! My favorite is probably the stuffing and cranberries. Just thinking about it now is making my mouth water! LOL! LOVE your hot cocoa presentations!
HAVE A BEAUTIFUL AND BLESSED THANKSGIVING, GIRL! I will be thinking of you each time I look down at my PLATE!
