The tassel can be made by making quick cuts across a long strip of paper, attaching it to a ribbon or string and rolling it, finishing with glue or scor-tape.  It just makes the graduation package!  There are hundreds of tutorials on a simple google search.

I LOVE PUNS!  In fact, way back in the beginning of my blog I did cards that were almost exclusively "punny."

While I LOVE what I am learning with my Copic markers and coloring.  My first love will always be my Cricut and creating things with puns!

  • Fancy Pants Paper Pack
  • Cricut SANS font
  • Twine
  • Neenah Cardstock Base
  • Zig Blue Glue
  • Herringbone Embossing for Fur Effect on Moose
There's no sentiment inside yet.  It could be a joke,

Thinking of You, Just Because, etc.  I send a lot of "Get Well" cards and jokes and amusing cards are always welcome.

Gallbladder Problems

My friend, Mike, was in the hospital for a week before they finally discovered the problem was his gallbladder.  They removed it and he's good to go.  I made a card for him to make him smile a little.

This is a favorite die cut and stamp set from Close To My Heart called School Years.  I don't care so much about the school theme as much as I just love that there is a little boy with the group that I can use for male cards.

This Card is Cricut Print and Cut Word Bubble and Star, CTMH - School Years, Fancy Pants Paper,  #BradandEyletOutlet brads.

I'm entering this card in

As You Like It Challenge - Use Your Favorite Die

CHALLENGE 158 Anything goes - Crafting From The Heart

Challenge #241 - Anything Goes - Addicted to Stamps

As part of this same set, I made this card for Mike's wife, to encourage her when they didn't know what was wrong.  We've been girlfriends for 20 years.   Rare to have friends that long when you move around in the military like we did.

Summertime and tubin' in Texas

This week's challenge over at Penny's Paper-Crafty is Anything Goes.  Our sponsors are:

ALL DRESSED UP and PAPER CREATOR

Image result for heart
This is my card:

Cricut water cuts from Wild Card -Grass
and the Water from Disney Princess
Eyelet Outlet for the ladybug and flower brads
Ribbon

I loved this image because of my Summer memories in Texas, tubin' down the Guadalupe river.  Youth group activities and family fun at the river are a huge part of my own teenage memories and then I passed those down to my own kids as well.  Plus, this little lady is not a skinny mini.  She is one of the Busty Ladies in the Paper Creator series.

Thanks for looking!
