Fright Night

The challenge at Fantabulous Cricut is to make something scary for Halloween.  I LOVE filling up jars with candy, so I made these jars that I can fill with candy and lights.  Making them decorations and candy holders for the night

These cuts are from the Pumpkin Stencil set. The cat jar has #Lifesavers in it already.

These are all the other jars I did.  These have candle lights in them right now
until I get the candy for them.

The giveaway challenge is a gift certificate from

and a $25 gift certificate from Amazon.

Come play with us at Fantabulous Cricut

Eyes on........

Just a little punny, right?

This cut from the Fast Food cartridge, get at 3" glued on eyes and added the
pun and WHA-LA, a little laughter - c'mon - a little?

4.5x6 " card base.  Cut the fry box 6 times so I didn't have to use pop dots.  Words cut at .05" and layered.

Inchies

The fun thing about cutting inchies on the Cricut is that you then have a perfect guide for placement on the card. These inchie stamps from #closetomyheart.  Lots of choices.  I left this card ambiguous until I I know if I need a birthday or thinking-of-you card.

Use Your Stuff - 2 or more stamps

I used the guide created by the inchies project above to chalk the negative using a dusk to dawn appearance for the celebrating angel.  This is an odd color for a Christmas card, but I kind of like that feature.  Not always red & green, or blue & silver, etc.  This stamp also #closetomyheart.  I bought it two years ago and I've NEVER used it.  In fact, the first time I used it for this card I stamped it backwards.  Frustrating!

Have fun with your cuts and stamps.

Clay

Besides making cards with my Cricut, I also love working with clay.  This is my little fairy with her bird.   This is made with Fimo clay

I actually REALLY love doing clay, but it doesn't go in the mail as easy as cards and so I prefer to work with the paper and send them off to help others have a good day.

Pumpkin Treats

Pumpkin treat boxes for my husband's colleagues.  He works with mostly women who appreciate these little things.  This pumpkin box cut from Happy Hauntings

The swirl cut is from Ornamental
twine and stick-on buttons. Cut at 11"
Fancy pants reversible paper

I filled them with pumpkin kisses and sent them off to work with him.
They all know I make this kind of stuff, and they oooooh and aaaaah and
appreciate the thought and the delivery.

The prize for this week is
a gift certificate to Pretty Paper and a $25 gift certificate to Amazon!
Happy Fall Y'all.  Be kind to someone.
