Godzilla

What do we do now???
I thought of this card the other day when I was looking up movie quotes on IMDB.  Godzilla had just rampaged the city and the people said, "What do we do now?"  and the answer was........

RUN!!!

Godzilla from Creative Critters, Squares/Rectangles for City from George, Bridge from My World.
Just for the fun of it.  I think this would bring a laugh to anyone who needs some encouragement from their world cracking apart!

Lower Than Dirt

This get-well card tickled me in my mind.  It almost came out as good as I imagined it would.  Carrots and Vines from Create A Critter Cricut cartridge, strawberries from George.  Grass from Paper Trimmings cartridge.

Shoe Carnival

I've had this idea for a couple of weeks and then saw a challenge blog that wanted confetti, so I jumped on it to get it done, but I missed the challenge by one day.  None the less, it is done and I'm pleased with it.  I did enter it in Aud Sentiments Challenge for Summer Colors.

The shoe is from the Wedding Solutions cartridge, the font is from the Circle Exclusive Font Envy cartridge.  The carnival is from the Summer Vacation cartridge.  A word of warning.... those carnival cuts are REALLY intricate and required a great dental tool I use to get all those little pieces out.

Half A World Away

My son is deployed and I think about him every day.  Even when he is half a world away, he's never more than a heartbeat away from me.  I think everyone who has a loved one who is in the military probably has the same feelings.

My Community Cricut Cartridge for the globe. and Lyrical Letters for the font.

Reading Lines and Seasons

Reading Between the Lines

All the little birds were flocking to hear the reading between the lines.  You just can't get enough of someone who has that skill.  A good story is always worth listening too.  Happy Summer Reading!

This card for the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge - Something with clouds, umbrellas or rain.
Birds from Stretch Your Imagination Cricut Cartridge

A card for all seasons.  I used a Marvy Punch with this tree.  Cut rectangles in blue/grey (Winter) greens for Spring, yellows for Summer and orange/maroon for Fall.   An EKSuccess leaf punch, and a butterfly punch.  Ribbon and a swirly paperclip finish off the front.

Since this is a card for all seasons, it doesn't have a sentiment yet.  Thank you, condolences, birthday, thinking of you.  A time for every season.

This is a Happy Birthday card for a friend.  Create a critter cricut cartridge. The colors aren't popping in this picture like in real life.  Hmmmm.... going to have to figure out what's going on with my camera!

Have a nice day
